Our class blogs have undergone some reconstruction. Please check them frequently to see photos of the students working in class. You will be emailed weekly, but the teacher will only provide you the link to get to their blog. Please click and continue on to the blog. The teachers can see how many hits the blogs are getting and know if parents are reading them. The teachers are providing information that they are assuming you are receiving. If you have any questions, please feel to talk to them or email the teacher.
I will also be doing my own blog. I will be providing the same information as I would in an email, but I will also be doing by blog and emailing you the link. For the next couple of months, I will do a combination of newsletter and blog to provide you all the information you may need. The school Christmas Concert is on December 17 at the Caboto Centre beginning at 6:30. Students will be required to be at the Caboto Centre for 6:00. We are planning for a Christmas concert that lasts approximately 1 hour. Students can wear their Christmas attire….don’t forget a change of shoes. Families will require tickets for admission. A hard copy is came home yesterday that we need families to fill out and return to school. Please let us know how many tickets your family will require by Friday. The Caboto Centre holds approximately 450, but it can still fill up fast. Please consider other families and their needs as you notify us how many tickets you require. Please respond as family – grandparents, etc. can be listed under the school family and then you distribute their tickets to them. The tickets will be sent by the end of the week. If your numbers change, please just notify us and it will allow us to be sure we are within the limits set by the Caboto Centre.
Sobey’s Gift Card Fundraiser is now available through our school office. Please see the attached info sheets. The order forms are due December 12 with the delivery of the gift cards by December 19. If you have any questions, please contact Sandy Katyrynuik at 204-254-6596.
